Every knife is individually sourced, cleaned, sharpened, and assessed before listing. Where restoration is required - handle repairs, rust removal, re-profiling - it is carried out to a professional standard. Each listing includes individual photography and a detailed description of the knife's condition, origin, and steel where known.
