Shipping policy

Our shipping fees are;

Standard shipping: $12 (up to 5kgs)
Express Shipping: $15 (up to 5kgs)

Standard heavy shipping: $17.5 (5-20kgs)
Express heavy shipping: $25 (5-20kgs)

We aim to ship orders daily Monday - Friday. Please note, any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

For an estimate of shipping times and in case of any delays that may be incurred out of our control please visit the Australia Post website for an estimate for your delivery address. We issue tracking as soon as we fulfil your order.

If you do not receive your fulfilment email from info@chefandaknife.com please check your Junk or Spam folders or get in touch for us so we can provide it to you.
