Each knife in the Premium Vintage range starts as a rare pre-owned blade from a renowned maker - a Sabatier, a Solingen forging, a Japanese single-bevel from a maker no longer in production. Where a standard restoration would suffice for most, these knives receive something more: a new custom handle, crafted from premium timbers and finished with quality rivets, giving each blade a second life that honours the quality of the steel beneath.
