DESCRIPTION
The whole Professional Kitchen Knife is forged in one piece in one piece with stainless steel. Z50C13 steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 54 to 56 HRC, is quenched, grinded and cross polished to have a high quality tool, great cutting power, cutting hardness, balance. The handles in POM (Black Plastic) are manually adjusted and assembled on the tang of the knife by three through rivets. From the forge to the packaging, we guarantee that all operations have been carried out in the region of Thiers - FRANCE by craftsmen in order to guarantee you a professional quality craftsmanship finish.
