The Tojiro Shippu range shines with 63 layers of stainless damascus steel. The cutting core is made out of VG-10 on of the most popular stainless steel in the knife industry. The slightly D-shaped traditional Japanese handle is made out of oak wood with a buffalo horn ferrule.
