Experience the French Bread Knife That Glides Through Every Crust
The K Sabatier Bread Knife 200mm is the serrated blade of the Au Carbone Olive Wood range - a long, rigid, widely-serrated knife forged from a single piece of steel that slices through any loaf, brioche, or cake without crushing, tearing, or losing a crumb. And when the bread is done, it doubles as a skin-removal knife for pineapples and other thick-skinned fruit.

The K Sabatier Difference
K Sabatier has been forging knives in Thiers - the knife-making capital of France - for generations. The bread knife's wide serrations grip and saw through hard crusts without crushing the soft crumb beneath, and glide through soft crusts without tearing the delicate surface. At 200mm, the blade covers the full width of most loaves in a single stroke. The olive wood handle, secured with three stainless rivets, brings warmth and character to the bench and matches the rest of the Au Carbone Olive Wood range.
