It is actually a grass and can grow 60cm to 90cm in a day – this makes it a sustainable, natural material. It has the strength of steel but won’t blunt knives. With 4 colour coded cutting mats, it takes the thought out of food prep.

Usage and Care
To maintain your board lightly brush with vegetable oil from time to time. Do not leave soaking in water. For optimal use, place a damp cloth underneath your board for extra stability. For that extra sparkle we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
