The Wüsthof Classic Ikon Carving Knife 20cm is forged in Solingen, Germany - a long, tapered blade for carving roasts, whole birds, and large cuts of meat at the table with precision and elegance, fitted with the ergonomic double-bolster handle of the Ikon line.

Carve It Clean.
The carving knife's long, tapered blade is designed for slicing through roasts and whole birds in long, clean strokes - thin, even slices with no tearing and no lost juices. The pointed tip navigates around bones and joints with precision. The Classic Ikon's ergonomic handle and double-bolster design make extended carving more comfortable than a traditional handle, reducing fatigue through a full roast. PEtec sharpening grinds the edge to a precise 14° on each side. Forged from a single piece of X50CrMoV15 steel in Solingen, Germany.
Care & Maintenance
- Hand wash recommended - dishwasher safe but not recommended for longevity
- Dry immediately after washing
- Hone regularly with a honing steel to maintain the 14° edge
- Sharpen with a whetstone or professional sharpening service when needed
- Store on a magnetic strip or in a knife block to protect the edge
