Flex Where It Matters

The flexible blade bends to follow the contour of the spine and ribs, keeping the edge in constant contact with the bone for maximum yield and minimum waste. At 20cm, this blade covers the full length of larger fish - salmon, barramundi, kingfish - letting you fillet and skin in fewer strokes. PEtec sharpening grinds the edge to a precise 14° on each side for a finer, longer-lasting edge than conventionally sharpened knives. The full-tang, triple-riveted synthetic handle provides a secure grip through wet, slippery conditions. Forged from a single piece of X50CrMoV15 steel in Solingen, Germany.

Care & Maintenance

  • Hand wash recommended - dishwasher safe but not recommended for longevity
  • Dry immediately after washing
