Fully forged with a full tang and a traditional magnolia wood handle, the double-bevel geometry makes it more accessible than a traditional single-bevel deba while retaining the thick spine and robust construction the style is known for. Carbon steel takes a keener edge than stainless and rewards regular whetstone maintenance.
