Case has been making knives in Bradford, Pennsylvania since 1889 - one of the oldest and most respected cutlery names in America. This 200mm chef knife is a classic example of mid-century American kitchen cutlery: a long, flat-ground carbon steel blade designed for slicing and general kitchen prep. Carbon steel takes a keen edge and is easy to sharpen on a whetstone. One-of-a-kind and not available anywhere else.
