Built for Everything
The wide blade keeps knuckles safely off the board and doubles as a bench scraper when transferring ingredients from board to pan. The curved belly is perfectly suited to rocking cuts through fresh herbs and spices. The VG-MAX steel core is clad in 32 layers of Damascus stainless steel - ground and bead-blasted to reveal its flowing, wave-like pattern - while the ebony PakkaWood® D-shaped handle provides a secure, fatigue-free grip through even the longest prep sessions. Lighter than its European counterparts, sharper than most.
Care and Maintenance
- Hand wash only - never dishwasher
