The VG-MAX steel core is clad in 32 layers of Damascus stainless steel, bead-blasted to reveal its flowing wave-like pattern, while the ebony PakkaWood® D-shaped handle provides a secure, balanced grip for confident carving at the table or the bench.
Care & Maintenance
- Hand wash only — never dishwasher
- Dry immediately after washing
- Hone regularly with a Shun honing steel to maintain the 16° edge
- Sharpen with a whetstone or professional sharpening service when needed
