The Art of the Serration
The wide, low-frequency serrations on this blade are engineered to do what a straight edge simply cannot - gently saw through a thick, crackling crust while preserving the soft, airy interior beneath. The VG-MAX steel core is clad in 32 layers of Damascus stainless steel, ground and bead-blasted to reveal its signature flowing pattern. Care & Maintenance
- Hand wash only, never dishwasher
- Dry immediately after washing
- Serrated blades require less frequent sharpening - have professionally sharpened when needed
- Do not hone - serrated edges are maintained differently to straight-edge blades
- Store on a magnetic strip or in a knife block to protect the serrations
