Care and Maintenance

  • Dishwasher safe at 45°C maximum - open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle
  • Hand washing recommended - avoid abrasive sponges
  • Remove marks on knife blades with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar
  • Avoid prolonged contact with staining foods (coffee, tea, tomato sauce)
