The DUO model is dishwasher safe at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. For hand washing, we recommend not using abrasive sponges. If small marks appear on the knife blades, they will be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. For cutlery with light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with staining foods (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
