The Square Baker

The Pillivuyt Square Baker No. 3 is the large-format square baker for generous roasts, vegetable casseroles, fruit crisps, and family-sized bakes. Porcelain conducts heat gently and evenly - a quality that makes it particularly well suited to roasting meats and poultry, where even heat prevents drying. The unglazed underside maximises heat absorption from the oven floor. The diamond-hard glaze embedded throughout the body creates a naturally non-stick, non-porous finish that won't absorb bacteria, tastes, or odours. Bring it straight from oven to table.
