The Pillivuyt Rectangular Lasagne Dish Large is deep enough for your most generous layered recipes and wide enough to serve a crowd. The diamond-hard glaze is embedded throughout the porcelain body rather than applied to the surface, creating a naturally non-stick finish that releases cleanly and won't absorb bacteria, tastes, or odours. Excellent heat conduction and retention keeps food warm long after it comes out of the oven. Thermal shock resistant from -25°C to 300°C - move it directly from freezer to oven without harm.
