A fully forged VG10 stainless steel santoku from Makoto Kurosaki, crafted in Echizen, Fukui, Japan. Trained under the legendary Hiroshi Kato in Takefu, Makoto applies expert sharpening and finishing to blades sourced from Japan's finest blacksmiths.
