The Mini Wok

The Lodge 9" Cast Iron Mini Wok brings the high-sided, high-heat performance of a traditional wok to a compact, cast iron format. The deep sloped walls keep ingredients moving without spilling, while the cast iron construction retains heat intensely - perfect for searing meat, stir-frying vegetables, or simmering sauces at high temperature. Pre-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil and ready to use straight away, it improves with every cook. Two helper handles give you confident control when moving a hot, loaded wok from stove to table.

Care & Maintenance

• Hand wash only - avoid soap and dishwasher
• Dry immediately and thoroughly after washing
• Apply a light coat of cooking oil after each use
• Re-season periodically by baking oiled wok in oven at 230°C for one hour
• Store in a dry place to prevent rust
