The K Sabatier Bayonet Fork 170mm is the longer, straight-pronged fork of the Au Carbone Olive Wood range - designed to hold a joint or roast steady while carving, and equally at home at the barbecue for turning chops, sausages, and smaller cuts with precision and control.

From the Carving Board to the Barbecue

The bayonet fork's straight, long prongs give it reach and stability - ideal for anchoring a roast rib, leg of lamb, or whole poultry on the carving board, and long enough to keep your hand safely clear of the heat at the barbecue. The sharp tines pierce cleanly without tearing, and the olive wood handle stays cool and comfortable in the hand. Forged from a single piece of Z50C13 steel in Thiers, France, and fitted with the same olive wood handle as the rest of the K Sabatier Au Carbone range.

Care & Maintenance

  • Hand wash only, never dishwasher
  • Dry immediately after washing
  • Do not soak or leave the olive wood handle wet
  • Occasionally treat the olive wood handle with a food-safe wood oil to keep it conditioned
  • Store safely with prong guard or in a knife block
