Every Loaf. Clean Every Time.
The serrated edge saws effortlessly through any crust - sourdough, baguette, rye, brioche - without compressing the crumb beneath. High carbon steel holds a finer, longer-lasting edge than stainless, meaning the serrations stay sharp through years of daily use. Forged from a single mass of steel, the blade, bolster, and tang are one continuous piece for exceptional balance. The black POM handle is hand-set on the full tang with three brass rivets for a secure, comfortable grip through every slice.
Care & Maintenance
- Hand wash only - never dishwasher
- Wipe dry immediately after use - high carbon steel will rust if left wet
- Do not hone - serrated edges do not require honing
- Sharpen with a professional sharpening service when needed - serrated edges require specialist equipment
- A natural patina will develop with use - this is normal and protects the steel
- Store on a magnetic strip or in a knife block to protect the blade
