The Vital Mandoline

The Borner Vital Mandoline introduces a feature unique to the range: a marinating roller built directly into the disc insert. Slice your vegetables and coat them with dressing in a single pass - a genuine time-saver for salads and marinated dishes. Four disc thicknesses cover everything from wafer-thin carpaccio to thick casserole slices, while the 3.5mm and 7mm inserts handle julienne strips and vegetable sticks. The disc insert doubles as a safety slot on the top level, protecting blades and fingers during storage. The rubber-coated handle adds extra grip comfort for extended prep sessions.
