The V5 PowerLine

The Borner V5 PowerLine is the only slicer in the range that can cut directly into cubes without first slicing the vegetable - a genuine time-saver for diced onions, vegetable pans, and raw salads. Four disc thicknesses cover everything from paper-thin carpaccio to thick cucumber rounds, while the 3.5mm and 7mm strip inserts handle julienne and chunky sticks. Inserts swap at the touch of a button on the side of the frame. The slider box doubles as a base when attached, and stores both knife inserts safely. A serious tool for cooks who prep in volume.
