The Multi Dicer

The Borner Multi Dicer is a compact, precision cutter that handles julienne strips, sticks, and perfect cubes from a single tool. For julienne, place vegetables lengthways and run them through for long, consistent strips - ideal for Asian-style dishes, soups, and raw salads. For cubes, attach the included rail, insert the mini food holder, and rotate 90 degrees between each pass for uniform dice every time. The mini food holder keeps fingers safely clear throughout. The handle is compatible with the Multi Slicer and Multi Peeler attachments, making it part of a modular system that fits neatly in a kitchen drawer.
