The Combi Chef

The Borner Combi Chef is a four-sided stainless steel box grater that replaces four separate tools. Each face delivers a different cut - slices, julienne strips, coarse rosti-style grating, and fine cheese grating - all with the 2-way cutting action that makes Borner blades so efficient. The internal collection container catches clippings as you work, keeping the bench clean and making it easy to transfer directly to the bowl or pan. The included drip tray and safety food holder complete the set. Rinse clean under running water after use.
