Pre-seasoned at the foundry with 100% natural vegetable oil, the cooking surface develops a natural non-stick patina that only gets better with use. Compatible with all cooktops including induction, and oven safe for seamless stovetop-to-oven cooking.

Care & Maintenance

• Hand wash only - avoid soap and dishwasher
• Dry immediately and thoroughly after washing
• Apply a light coat of cooking oil after each use
• Re-season periodically by baking oiled pan in oven at 230°C for one hour
• Store in a dry place to prevent rust
