The Lodge 10.5" Square Cast Iron Skillet delivers the grill marks and seared crust of an outdoor grill - right on your stovetop. The square cooking surface maximises usable area, while the helper handle gives you confident two-handed control when moving a hot, loaded pan. Pre-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil, the surface develops a natural non-stick patina that improves with every use. Ideal for searing, sauteing, braising, baking, and grilling - compatible with all cooktops including induction and fully oven safe.

Care & Maintenance

• Hand wash only - avoid soap and dishwasher
• Dry immediately and thoroughly after washing
• Apply a light coat of cooking oil after each use
• Re-season periodically by baking oiled pan in oven at 230°C for one hour
• Store in a dry place to prevent rust
